Great chair
Looks great and comfortable to sit on. If only the screw holes weren't there it would look like an expensive original.

Really nice chair, looks much
Really nice chair, looks much more expensive than it is. Rich, classy green colour & lovely dark wood. Instructions not brilliant but we managed to assemble it ok

Beautiful but uncomfortable
I would give this product 9/10 for the aesthetic, but 4/10 for actual use. It is unbelievably hard when sat on.

A thing of beauty
Such a lovely chair! Very comfty, soft fabric and the wood has a nice rich tone (not as orange as pictured.) Highly recommend.

It’s nice but…
I had some issues with my armchair and I had to request a replacement of some parts of the chair. Customer service was great however ideally you wish you did not need to replace anything. Armchair is very nice looking but I have some thoughts of the quality/long term life. It’s a nice chair but you get what you pay!

Instructions were wrong and took hours to make until I realised there was an error on them…Please sort your instructions out before seeking a product

Returned as not up to expectations
This chair arrives flat pack . The instructions for construction are poor and the screws did not fit in the holes. The dark wood turns out to be light wood painted with dark varnish which scratches v easily. In its favour the style of this chair and the colour of fabric was lovely. We have now ordered a similar chair from elsewhere.

Not exactly like the photo and horrible assembly
Poor finish to the wood with lots of imperfections and much darker than the photo (more walnut than the orange pictured). Disappointed to see that there are alot more visible drill holes than in the picture (4 on each side of the chair). Also needed to widen some of the holes to fit the screws when assembling. Would be impossible to assemble without a power drill as the threads wouldn't "bite". Instructions were pretty poor.
