Before use, remove any loose debris from the work surface and ensure you have adequate personal protection, i.e. gloves, suitable protective eyewear, face mask & clothing.

NOTE: Following the instructions below, perform a small test application on-site in an inconspicuous area prior to use. This will indicate the suitability and effectiveness of the product for your surface. If unsuitable for your needs, DO NOT PROCEED.

Before application, the surface must be completely clean and dry; also, you must ensure weather conditions are favourable before sealing externally.

DO NOT DILUTE. Apply Essential Porcelain Sealer thinly and evenly with either a microfibre cloth, microfibre flat mop or paint pad, taking care not to leave application marks or allow the product to puddle on the surface.

Allow a minimum of 2 hours drying time before walking on. The sealer will be fully-cured and attain full water resistance after 24 hours. If using externally, do not apply if rain is forecast within 8 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: This formulation is strictly a single coat application because it is a highly active micro-coating that bonds very strongly to impervious porcelain. Applying more than one coat to achieve the “desired appearance” will almost definitely result in application issues and product failure. Given the above, it is important the exact application instructions are followed.
