Can be used as a starting panel if it is not free standing, i.e, fixed to a solid object. please note. A Ballcap finial can not be used on the post that is fixed to a wall or other solid object, if the wall extends above the height of the post. For a free standing start or finish panel, or change in direction at 90°, please purchase a Start/end panel.
