Topsoil and More Turfing Topsoil 50/50 Mix Bulk Bag - for wetter gardens - 830 litres

Our Turfing Rootzone 50/50 mix is a blended mix of our 20mm screened sandy loam BS3882:2015 certified topsoil and coarse sand, which creates the perfect base for laying turf in your garden.

The 20mm particle size gives the soil good drainage, and the higher sand content encourages turf establishment and root growth.

Our Turfing Rootzone 50/50 mix's higher sand content provides more drainage in wetter areas, fewer compaction properties, and excellent conditions for turf growth.

We also offer a Turfing Rootzone 70/30 mix which is the perfect blend to create a new turf bed in your garden if it does not suffer from wetter areas.

Please note, this product is not suitable as a top dressing; it is for use at root level only to produce a perfect turf bed for you to lay your turf on.

One bulk bag of this product will cover an area of approximately 13m2 at a depth of 50mm.
