My nan needed a new fence in her second home in Nice and I shipped them across to her as she loves the B and Q quality. When I arrived in Nice to fit them, I was shocked to find out someone had given me a faulty product. Im never ordering from here again

Fence has been up for less than 6 months, many of the knots have fallen out and the latts of wood are warping and falling out, some of them have split, it looks terrible and can only get worse, privacy also now compromised.
