Great shower
Great looking shower, works well! However I think the riser needs more than two screws for fixing it to the wall, mine has come wobbly, using screws provided!!! It might well be that I’ve had to drill through tiles into the wall, so going to use bigger screws! But that said easy to fit where the existing shower was, lots of entry points for pipes and wire! We love the rainfall head too!

Received this product damaged
Bought this online,delivered 9th july didn't accept as box was open and damaged. Phoned customer service 4 times, left on hold then told someone would phone. Now 18th August, not heard from anyone and still no shower. Awful service.

Bad Experience
I bought it 6month ago, It broke. Then I change it with a new one. Water went hot and cold with very low pressure, sometimes it went too hot and I burned and surprisingly it wouldn't get colder.

Not so simple to fit as a replacement model
Now it’s finally fitted, this shower works well and is a positive upgrade on my previous 8.5 kw, 15 year old Triton model. However it’s not so easy to fit as implied as a replacement - my existing wiring and plumbing needed to be fitted from the right - where there is less room for both to feed through inside than there is from the left!
