No good at all

I bought this product to repoint patio. I have used whole tub. Complete waste of time. It turns to crumbs and flakes off. How do I get my money back on this now.
Very poor product

Firstly, the mixing instructions are vague and unhelpful. Secondly, the product is awful. Within days of applying and trying multiple mix combinations, the material cracks and can be picked out with a fingernail. Don't waste your time with this.
Does not last!

This product looks ok when applying and afterwards too BUT IT DOES NOT LAST,AFTER 4-5 WEEKS IT HAS TOTALLY CRACKED AND CRUMBLED AWAY!! Going to have to redo it with a better product

Why would you not just buy jointing compound just tip out and brush in gaps, this is excellent stuff
GREAT PRODUCT AND EASY TO USE

Really easy to use. My only criticism would be that it doesn't tell you the coverage. I explained to someone in the store a rough size of the area i was covering and was advised to buy 3 - 4 tubs, I am now on tub number 36 sadly
