I brought this railing to cover a window 5M wide about 4 months ago.
It has been nothing but trouble and I will be replacing it today.
The rail is badly designed with the rail supports projecting out the from of the rail, inevitably these catch on the curtains when opening and closing.
Also, even though I brought the guides for use when joining the rail, the curtains do not glide easily across any joins. The joints also keep parting and the curtains therefore come away from the rail...
As I stated in the header this railing is poorly designed and NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

Totally inadequate support for medium weight curtains. Avoid this product. The slightest pull on the curtains to close them results in the lot collapsing! The clips are inadequate to support the track, they barely click in and even a gentle pull to close the curtains dislodges the minimal purchase it has. This in an inferior design, buy something else.

Very easy to install and value for money. Fitted it in 15min.

Appears to be a strong cleverly designed rail - put up the brackets and the rail clicks into place with sprung clips, and is easily removable. However, when you hang the curtains and draw them you find the top of the curtain catches on the clips, which stick out about 10mm in front of the rail. Will only work well if the curtains hang underneath the rail, making the rail exposed - in which case you'd use a pole.
No suitable for nets let allow heavy curtains!!!

Bought this for a 2m window. It was the only thing that B(odge-it)Q(uick) had in stock in the length I needed.
It comes in two sections which are not secured together well at all given the weight they are expected to take.
It only comes with four support brackets, the mechanism which holds the curtain track is plastic an flimsy and two of the four had broken within 24 hrs, and the curtains only being opened and closed twice.
For the price and feel of the product this is a complete waste of money. I've visited a different retailer and bought a plastic track for half the price which went up easier, feels more secure and is much more suitable.
I'll be back to B&Q for a refund tomorrow.
