• For best results, lightly sand surfaces prior to bonding. Make sure surfaces are clean, dry and completely free from dust, dirt, rust, oil, grease, polish and moisture. Remove re-sealable cap and instant mix nozzle by sliding towards tip of syringe. Snap off and discard tab from tip of syringe nozzles. Push instant mix nozzle onto the syringe past the prongs. Rotate 90° anti-clockwise to lock in place 4) Push down syringe plunger slowly until the Instant mix nozzle is full of adhesive. Apply adhesive directly to one surface to be bonded. Push both surfaces together firmly. Remove as much excess adhesive as possible using methylated spirit. Adhesive is workable for approx. 3 minutes and will set in 5 minutes at 23°C. Use self adhesive tape or clamps to hold bond in position for at least 15 minutes. Allow 1 hour before rough handling.
