What a great bit of kit!
I read a lot of reviews of this chair before I ordered it! A lot of people commented that the cushion was thin. I was totally prepared to send it back if it didn’t float my boat. However… It’s solid wood. Noice. SO much nicer than plastic or metal. And it’s a well-made piece of furniture that looks good. There, I’m made happy. It’s acting as a chaise longue in my kitchen, with a blanket and a cushion on it, next to the bifold doors, in the afternoon sunshine, when it’s not outside being used. (I”m currently without a shed, so inside is where it’s living, but actually it’s staying put even when the new shed arrives, because it looks good.) Is the cushion thin? Thin-ish, yes, but not uncomfortably so. It’s also covered with a waterproof fabric, so when it gets a bit slobbered by my beautiful Poppy dog, a Boxer, I can just wipe it clean. Result. And at some point, I might have a deep-filled, feather cushion custom-made for it, if I really want to ramp up its comfort factor. We’ll see. But as I see it, currently, it does a perfectly acceptable job. Overall, it’s light enough to be easily transferred to a sunny lawn, so that’s good. It’s very comfortable, and very adjustable, so that makes me happy. It’s a good-looking steamer chair which I think looks far more expensive than it actually was, so I might even buy another one or two in the future! (And it goes without saying that delivery and ease of purchase/UX was absolutely fine, with everything going on re comms that you’d expect.) Thank you, Vonhaus - really pleased with this purchase!

Poor quality, poor customer service
Purchased 2 of these, both broke the first time they were folded. Having packaged them up for return over a week ago, still waiting for them to be collected, still waiting for refund.

Almost Great
Good lounger but the cushion could be a lot thicker.

This is an extremely comfortable
This is an extremely comfortable lounger particularly if you have lower back problems. It’s a bit low on the ground so it’s a bit tricky to get on and off if you have bad knees. Mine is next to something I can hang onto. Very good quality wood, sturdily built. Fold up or flattens out for easy storage.
