Does the job

Bought and fitted yesterday. I agree that the plug barely stays in the overflow and needs a proper push to seal in the plughole. Unfortunately this was Hobson's Choice as it was the ONLY one in stock in Bury St Edmunds. Not the cheapest but pretty good value. Everything went together as it should. Should have bought it today and got my 10% discount. Best I didn't wait, so 'er indoors could have her bath!
Not fit for purpose

I bought this item to replace a plastic coated one that was corroded and having fitted it found that the nasty looking plastic plug wouldn't stay in either the main plug hole or the overflow. Have used the old plug which is chrome. I see another customer complained about this problem 3 years ago, so why hasn't anything been done about it?
Good for price

Replaced my chrome plated copper one due to corrosion. Stainless steel doesn't exactly match my new chrome taps but at least it is a quality metal and hopefully will stand the test of time. No leaks but recommend using additional sealant to be on the safe side. Plug is a little loose but does the job so no problems.
Just the ticket

Surprisingly good quality for such a low cost item, included the adapter for varying size outlets and the fact that the viewable parts are stainless steel is a huge bonus.

Purchased this the other day and fitted it, only to find out that the plug just won't stay in the overflow, which is where it is supposed to be stored when not in use, plus it doesn't even fit tightly in the main waste hole rendering it useless as it just pops straight back out.
