Features and benefits
It has a 100mm deep canopy, a good (100mm) entrance lip, spacious nesting area and sturdy perch. Easy to erect, the box can be mounted on a tree, wall or pole with the integral side mounting strip. The box is best installed high up with good panoramic views to attract nesting kestrels, but facing away from the prevailing weather. These bird boxes are supplied right-handed, as shown in the photo. Constructed from precision cut external grade European birch plywood and treated with a water-based environmentally friendly preservative which is kind to the kestrels and helps to ensure a long lasting dry comfortable bird nesting box.
