Utterly useless

I bought this thing a month ago and it locked me out after just 10 days of being installed. The key wouldn't turn. I tried both keys and it still wouldn't unlock.
Given that they key has only one job to do, which is to unlock the lock, this product becomes completely useless if it cannot do the one and only job it is allegedly designed to do.
I can't even get my money back because I had to destroy the lock to get the door open.
I wouldn't recommend Yale products to anyone, they're absolute rubbish.
