• Modifications to unit’s i.e. Alteration to units for pipework are included (remanufacture of units is subject to survey, eg soil pipe)
• Includes ; internal/external storage devices, Fixing to worktops including wood edge, and edging returns, breakfast bar back panels, infill's, corner solutions, pilasters and all clad-ons.

N.B. The fixing of worktops is only included with laminated and extra thick laminated worktops. Earthstone, Gemstone, 30mm solid surface and wooden worktops are excluded and require additional fitting costs.
