Features and benefits

• Cut back pipe work to point of entry to room, re-pipe bath and waste up to 2 metres
• Fixing of bath (Includes the fixing of freestanding baths), front panel, end panel, cradle/feet (as required), fixing to wall and sealed with a bead of silicone sealant as per manufacturer’s instructions
• Connection to taps (thermostatic valve to be used where necessary), fit isolation valves and/or non-return valves (where required), bath waste, connect soil pipe, re-affix bonding if required
• Electrical Certificate required for testing bonding
• N.B. If no bonding present or additional bonding required, extra cost applicable subject to survey.
