• Position the cooker point, chase in cable and back box and make good to decorative finish (excludes decoration). Connection to 100 Amp/30 Milliamp supply, RCD/RCBO & enclosure plus all consumables included when required (new white fittings to be provided by installer)
• Electrical certification required but not included, this is a building regulation and legal requirement
• N.B. RCD required where necessary is included. When installing a cooker point the outlet plate is included. No redecoration of area is included. Cost assumes reasonable access available to run cables, where solid floor, laminate floor or, fitted furniture exists there may be additional costs subject to survey
