Wouldn’t fit together BUT followed the advice in a review by ‘anonymous’ re widening with screwdriver, and now almost fits together. Have taped it for more security. It does work now.

Should have read reviews first. Unable to wire socket side correctly. Nothing to properly hold terminals when reconnected.

Very poor quality. Do not even mate together correctly and NOT compatible with plugs/sockets from big name manufacturers. I would like a refunded but not worth the trip and hassle. So much for a 'guarantee' !

this is the most inferior build quality product I've ever purchased. Cheap plastic and one of the connectors snapped when tightening up rendering it useless. Terminals only labeled up in one half. If you've never even wired a plug before, welcome to nothing. Threw it away in disgust.
A poorly designed solution to rejoin a cable

I had the same trouble as the rest of the folks on here. Once wired, the unit does not fit back together. I've just broken it attempting to force it back to fit. Not happy.
