First time I used it two rods snapped at the screw in connections, had to pay £175 to call out a professional drain man to do the unblock and retrieve the snapped rod! Do not waste your money
Missing a piece

We had to buy three sets of these, each set was missing a section of rod so only 9 pieces in each and also the joins are so shallow they break off really easily. Not worth the price and end up costing more. The brush attachment won’t even fit into our pipes.

Bought these a couple of weeks ago and was using them to unblock a domestic drain and they snapped at the screw connection leaving 4 rods down the drain

11 of the rods are now in my drain and I am unable to retrieve them. They literally snapped off!
