Awful
Really flimsy, terrible build quality especially around the glass panels, as it’s shiny white plastic frame that keeps the glass in. Bear this in mind, if you want to paint this door another colour other than the obvious white, you’ll be stuck with a coloured door of your choice with white plastic glass frames. Tried to call up DIY.com but nobody answers to get collected for refund. Spoke with local store in aintree and if I want a refund I have to return to store, I don’t have a vehicle big enough to return to store. So I’m forced to have them collected by DIY.com, but after several weeks, I have given up trying to call customer services to organise a return. So looks like they will sit in my garage until they eventually rot. Which considering their build quality may not be that long……so all I’ll be left with is the frames for the glass panels, as they are plastic. I have renovated an entire house, using B&Q, to be fair this has been the only let down. Just a shame I can’t send them back due to them being too large.

Don't waste your money
Really poor quality door. The plastic trim looks awful and is stuck on with double sided tape. It came off whilst unpacking! The door itself is bowed. We're sending it straight back for a refund. Wish I'd trusted the bad reviews I read.

Plastic trim
This looks really cheap and tacky-what's with the plastic trim around the glass. It is ticks out about 5mm away from the door, Total rubbish, can't even paint it. Don't waste you money like I did.

Plastic trim
Ok door but description does not tell you that the trim around the glazed sections is made of plastic. Also was finally delivered by dx and they were shoddy and that's an understatement.

You get what you pay for
The first door to arrive was broken, however the packaging was good, so I am left to believe the door was packed in a broken state. The second door was so poorly made that the window trim came apart and had to be re-glued. Also the lock section of the door appears to be very small.

Poor craftsmanship
After carpenter had hung the door he noticed the pic plastic trim around the glass had partly come away and was not sitting flush. This will require glue to rectify. Plastic trim looks cheap.

Just what we needed....
Ordered 2 doors for a new wall built to devide our kitchen/dining room from our living room. Very good doors for the price. Only thing negative i have to say is the doors had marks on them when delivered but marks that can be painted over so it wasnt an issue.

OK
Good door for the price. No warping. I bought 5, all the same, no warping. BUT, the glazing trim is plastic, doesn't take paint very well and is inconsistently attached with double sided foam sticky tape. So might need a few well place (short) tacks to make good. I would have preferred the glazing to be removable rather than built in, i.e. larger than the hole without trim. Some fancy work to re-glaze will be needed if I smash one. Also would be easier to fit frosted or coloured film if they were removable.

glass panel door
the door could have had wooden beads holding the glass panels and not plastic ones. although they were not too bad,

decent door
The door is nice enough but be carefull because the instructions say do not plane off more than 6mm from the bottom and nothing from the top,if you have decent carpets and underlay you will need to take off more than 6mm.
