Disappointed
So our first door arrived clearly damaged, the cardboard was ripped. To be fair B&Q were great and replaced the door. The next door arrived and the packing looked intact so we didn’t check the door inside. Several weeks later from the delivery we had our door fitted during our bathroom install. The carpenter found two areas of damage from impacts, one to the corner and another down the edge. He also stated the door was bowed because they are stored upright rather than on their side. All together disappointing that the products aren’t cared for in a better manner.

Misleading
I bought this door a while back and it says it weighs 15kg, but on the packaging it says 11kg and the item itself says the same. Wrote to B&Q about this and they said it would be altered but months on it still says the same. Just be aware that if you want heavier door then this is not the thing for you

POOR QUALITY
I had to take some off the bottom and when doing so the door split. I won't be buying one again.

Nice looking BUT poor quality
Recently bought and hung but when fitting the latch the area which is meant to be extra thick to accomodate the latch is just cheap low quality chipboard which when I drilled into promptly moved into the door cavity and you can't reglue or pull it back into position. Going to try gripfill type glue to stick it through the hole drilled to fix it to be able to takeep the latch. Not happy and if it happens on the next one they are being returned!

This door is advertised with a lock block both sides this is not the case as I found to my cost

Not happy
I bought this two weeks ago. It was faulty and then we buy other one. quality is not good. Few tears and wears were already on the door. Would not recommend at all!

Great value - Have totally transformed my home
