• Operation Guide ●Rinse the machine and allow it to dry before use. ●Press the machine head and turn the Rise Button to lift the upper body. ●Install the bowl cover into the stirring end. ●Weigh the flour and water to be processed into the bowl, with a maximum of 2.25kg. ●Assemble the bowl on the machine, and rotate clockwise until the buckle is locked. ●Install the required accessory onto the output shaft, and rotate counterclockwise to the locking position. ●Press the machine head to lock it in place. ●Turn the Speed knob to 0 position. ●Plug in the power cord and turn on the Power Button. ●Adjust the Speed Knob to the required speed to start mixing. ●Once the dough meets the requirements, turn the Speed Knob back to 0 position to stop. ●Press the machine head, turn the Rise Button to lift the upper body. ●Rotate the bowl counterclockwise to remove it, and take out the dough.
