If you want to double your work, buy this tape!

In our hubris we did not heed the warnings of past reviewers ...
I believe our exact words were 'it's masking tape, how could it be bad?' And how foolish we were.
Some say that blu tac is the devil's adhesive, those people have evidently never used this masking tape.
The first indication that it was not up to scratch was it's petulant reluctance to peel off from the reel, but nonetheless we persevered and once on the walls we were able to paint. But alas, when peeled away from the walls it ripped off the old paint from our coving leaving marks everywhere. So if you want to double the time you spend decorating, this is the product for you.
A False economy - buy a good brand and save time

I bought one as an experiment and compared it to the Scotch tape. This tape goes on fine but if compressed (say when masking joints to cut with a jigsaw) it is impossible to remove in one straight piece. It takes ages to get all of the residue off. The Scotch tape by comparison peels off nealy each time. This might save you a few quid on hardware but it'll add hours to your project cost.

Sticks well and holds for a while but took the paint off the wall when removed
Doesn’t stick don’t waste your money

It has one job (to stick to things) and doesn’t do that don’t bother wasting your money.

This is the most shocking masking tape I have EVER used in my life. It didn't stick at all. Don't bother buying this!
