The powder is very lumpy, some lumps are fatter than my finger, no good for mortar mixes, suspect the paper bag lets moisture in, seems to be every blue circle product i buy in a paper bag comes lumpy.
Good product but not after 2 years of storage!

Purchased to patch some areas of a roughcast render. As this cemet is white when mixed with plastering sand and some SBR the resulting render is a light grey/sandy grey colour depending on the mix. Ideal if your render is to be painted in a light colour.
Warning: Check the manufacturing date on the side of the bag before you buy! I picked up a bag from B&Q Wednesbury and it turned out to have been manufactured over 2 years ago (all of their stock is this old)!!! The result was a bag full of hard cemet lumps, unusable.
Visited a local builders merchants and their stock was less than 30 days old... great product if new and stored correctly.

The product does its job the in the same way as ordinary cement, it has the advantage that it keeps the mortar light to enable better matching with existing mortar when pointing. The bag I bought although not out of date, was hard and lumpy so feel the bag and make sure it is soft before you buy. Not all B &Q stores sell it.
