Does your flat roof leak ? Use this !!
I've used this product for several years now...it cured a flat roof leak when first applied, so after a year or so I re apply to ensure that the weather/frost hasn't got into it so to speak.... it covers well and using a standard good 2" brush it is easily applied, it adheres superbly. I always use this when rain is not forecast for a least 24 hours,
