Do not buy-Awful floor

It scratches very easily. Not worth the money. It scratches even whilst being fitted. Waste of money and labour costs. Very angry and disappointed. if anyone knows of a serum or anything to treat the scratches, pls let me know.
Beautiful but Disappointing

Tenderhooks doesn't describe this product. You've only got to look at the stuff and it scratches. I move furniture the floor scratches. The dog comes in scratches. The baby plays with her toys more scratches... Frankly it is not fit for purpose. I've had 4 floors laid with further boxes waiting to be laid after building work is completed but I now believe I have to re think what I will be walking on... Even the poor joiner was having kittens laying the stuff...Just a nightmare, shame as it looks great! To look at... :( - This survey asking to rate the quality is kind of an oxymoron. As I said it looks fab but terribly unfitting for purpose.
Avoid at all cost

I bouth this Engineering Boards for my Living and kitchen. Even before finish of the work, it started to scratch. Very poor quality. I wish there was any review before I buy it. Absolutely waste of money. Really not happy about this product.
2 living rooms and hallway done.

Honest review: would recommend.
Much easier to install than cheaper laminates, simple slot and drop.
Looks really expensive, amazing matt finish not cheap looking shiny high gloss.
Will scratch easy if NOT LOOKED AFTER (dropped remotes and cutlery on flooring but luckily no damage at all surprisingly)
Dropping stuff and wearing shoes on this flooring will make marks.
Because it’s a dark colour dust/dirt can be seen easier.
First thing is KNOW YOUR HOUSEHOLD.
Our family is older now, there’s 5 of us, youngest is 14. So no young kids anymore, which is why we got rid of old flooring and put in this more expensive and nicer looking one.
We NEVER wear outdoor slippers or shoes inside the house passed the kitchen anyway so that’s one thing. Ok so we were in the market for new flooring for our new porch hallway, went to b&q and decided after multiple visits, this bamboo real top layer was the one for us. We went through all the possibilities about installing and future maintenance. We bought 6 boxes, on the 3 for 2 offer (pure luck the flooring offer was on)
We then decided to go back the next week and order another 15 boxes (for living room) on the 3 for 2 again to take advantage of the offer and make it worth paying for this bamboo flooring.
All in we paid around £900 with the offer in total so a big saving. 2 weeks later the flooring arrived and was installed in porch hallway and it looked that nice pictures didn’t do it justice. Then few months go past (wanted to wait for winter weather to pass) we installed remaining flooring in living room. It was a diy project done properly with plenty of experience in flooring/skirting and even floor beading knowhow. Top tip: use a jigsaw upside down and cut from underneath the flooring to stop blistering the top. I used a new blade and even tried the masking tape on top.
Fast forward a few months and many guest have complimented the flooring.
We just last month ordered another 7 boxes for our other living room and I have just last week finished the install.
So all in it’s been almost 6 months since the hallway and main living room flooring was done. Both hallway and living room are used daily constantly. After 6 months of use I can honestly say so far there are NO SCRATCHES. Our flooring has been well looked after, weekly vacuum using the correct type of hardwood attachment then every 2-3 weeks a simple mop using a stick mop with a wipe and then buffed using a microfibre cloth wrapped around the flash swift flat mop head.
In one room I installed beading as we didn’t want to have to redecorate and reinstall the skirting since it was only 2 years old.
Even with floor beading in one room the flooring still looks amazing.
Now the main negative I have is that this flooring because of its dark Matt colour is that you can sometimes see barefoot prints...
it’s a natural thing but seeing actually sweaty foot prints especially now in the hot weather is kind of off putting, simple solution is to wear slippers when walking on the floor, which is what we’ve done.
I suppose like I stated it’s more visible because of the dark colour but then it goes to show what white flooring and carpets are really like when you can’t “see the dirt/footprints/dust”
Final conclusion after this massive novel of a review is get this flooring if it’ll be well looked after and maintained at least once a month, don’t think it’ll clean it self.
I wouldn’t buy if you have young kids that play with toys all the time on the flooring but again it’s all about maintenance and carefulness.
I wouldn’t have this in a kitchen at all though. Kitchen and bathrooms are the most constantly and heavily used rooms in a house this flooring would not last. Better with tiles or harder laminate.
Overall in our house we love this flooring and hopefully with TLC it will last for years to come.
Not worth the money

Lets start with the positives..... The flooring is simple to fit and the click system is great. I fitted approx 13sqm in about 5 hours. The floor looked great when completed. Now the negatives... This floor scratches so easily and within 2 weeks, the floor is covered in scratches and looks as if its been down for years rather than a couple of weeks. Not worth the money.
