love it. great company very helpful and they do what they say. The chair is great we are well pleased. One minor issue is the balance when the foot rest is up. otherwise we are very happy with the chair the coompany and our purchase.

This is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned. Great support for my back. So many reclining positions. It's great that the footrest can be raised half way before the backrest starts reclining. I have tried the massage functions, but will probably only use the heat function when I come in from the cold in winter. Although it is described as leather, it is a bonded leather, which means the fabric only contains a small percentage of leather. Nevertheless, I prefer PU leather and faux leather as it is much easier to clean than leather - just wipe it over.

Seat was delivered and looked and felt just like we imagined. Weren't too sure about the bonded leather when we ordered but it genuinely looks good. The heat function is better than we thought and the vibration is genuinely helping my back pain. All told a good buy

Very good for the price. If the power cord was twice as long I'd give it 5 ***** having to put it only in spot in lounge doesn't leave many decorationalternatives.😭
