Awful after 4 months

I applied 2 coats as recommended with a paint roller to Indian stone, during dry weather. Initially looked great and repelled water, but 4 months later noticed the stone starting to look grubby. On closer examination there's a latex-like film that actually holds staining and is extremely difficult to remove. An absolute disaster. This water based product seems different from other organic solvent based products that don't behave like this.

This is a product that does as it says on the label. I used a pad to apply this product that went on easy and covered a very larger than expected area. I have had problems with birds mess on the stone work but can now easily wash this off after this product had been applied as for the period of protection that is still to be assessed but so far I can only highly recommend it.
Expensive stone cleaner

Gave the patio a good was and brush and let for a week in the hot weather to dry . Applied two coats using a brush on an Indian sandstone patio.
A week later was a bit disappointed that water was still soaking in but not as much as untreated.
Applied another two coats on a week later.
Does not work very well to be honest, water still seems to soak in but it does dry quicker than untreated.
However all that brushing has lifted the dirt and the patio looks very clean!
The product soaks into the stone and does not change the colour ,it does not trap dirt and seal it in, which is good.
Unfortunately it does not stop water penetration completely.
Mr fox left a message and in the rain it has soaked into the stone leaving a stain.
Waste of money.
Easy to apply.

After reading reviews on this product I purchased 3 containers (in the end only needed 2) I applied to my Indian stone with a roller, I found it very easy to apply. A second coat was applied the following day. Up to now it has made the appearance of the stone great, but time will tell after the winter I will know how good it is.

Bought this after quite a lot of online research as wanted a sealer that didn't leave a sheen and did not alter the colour of my Indian sandstone and this product didn't it is invisible after drying.
