I’ve had this laid a year and although looks lovely it’s started to form gaps, sinking and now it’s started chipping off huge pieces in the traffic areas! I’m so annoyed with this I’m going to have to rip it all up yet again but now to replace planks.
This floor looks amazing when its laid.

Fell in love with this the minute I saw it. Purchased it and had my uncle lay it for me. 6 months later and not a blemish or a scratch. My son uses a powered wheelchair and I was worried it would damage floor but NO it didn't. I am purchasing more for my bedroom in the other colour.

I have waited to review this but it has been down 9 months now & looks as good as day 1. It does not separate if it is fitted properly. Hall & living room.
Think carefully before you buy!

Whilst the high gloss effect looks stunning and really adds appeal to any floor space (ours being a very large lounge); it is very poorly designed.
After only 6 months of being down gaps are starting to appear and in some areas the laminate is sinking.
You read that right - sinking!!
Considering the original tiled under floor was self levelled and prepared thoroughly leaves me questioning the longevity of this product and it's robustness.
I cannot think of anything more frustrating than walking across the room, only to feel one foot sink and another to feel a bump where there are obvious differences in the laminate. Believe me, it will boil your blood and there is no way to get rid of it outside of ripping out and starting again.
Also, there are very faint scuff marks starting to appear where the common 'traffic' areas are. It's almost a chalky white colour that stands out to non walking areas and wiping it merely masks it. Shine a light on it, yep still there.
This is coming from someone who is very comfortable with DIY and knows how to do numerous tasks including flooring.
I suggest you either do this in a hallway NOT a big area or be very prepared to take the risk knowing full well this floor has to go on 100% levelled ground and then some to say the least.
Even then, you may like me get issues.

i done my small kitchen with this seven months ago and there is not a blemish on it so decided to do my whole living room in it glad i did as it looks great its so easy to lay it just clicks in without having to use a hammer to tap it home,i have done a couple of laminate floors in my previous property but this is by far the best, i used the green fibre board on top of a plastic screen for my concrete floor you only get what you pay for so i thoroughly recommend this it looks better down than in the packet you wont be dissapointed !
