Features and Benefits
With the same natural beauty and luxurious feel of solid wood, real wood top layer flooring has become a popular choice for many households. Easier to install than solid wood, it features an engineered core that makes it exceptionally stable. This stability makes it suitable for underfloor heating and in conservatories as it is less resistant to heat and moisture changes in your room. Our flooring can be sanded down and refinished to give it a new lease of life, to remove signs of wear and improve the lifespan of the product.

initially thought to buy laminate my rented property after seeing a price reduction
bought up to 70sqmt this product and underlay
like many people mentioned very hard to install this click system
2 people needed a lot of wastage and fragile because of 3mm only top layer
I have to bring 4 traders to fit this all more than 10years experience
people left halfway not a great product
i have wood floor in my house which was much easier to install than this engineered wood ,3mm top layer is no use waste of money
please avoid if you like wood floor buy real wood long lasting
Very hard to fit

As other reviews have stated, this is really tough to fit.
Yes, it looks nice. But - having fitted several floors, using several different systems, this was definitely the most difficult. It does not ‘click’ into place at all. It takes a lot of hammering. And unfortunately, it’s not sturdy enough t withstand the hammering it needs to fit together.
If you’ve bought it, here’s some advice. The boards don’t click into place. When you’ve laid the first row (and nearly killed your self doing so) and you come to lay the next row, don’t expect it to click into place and drop down. It doesn’t. You click it in, and it sits high up, at a 30/40 degree angle, not flat to the floor.
The trick is to get get an off-cut, place it along the raised edge, and hammer. The piece sticking up will then lower to the floor and fit. Once you’ve got the knack of this it’s much faster.
Your next challenge is to get the boards to fit end-to-end. You’re going to need a LOT of patience. The ends are cheap and flimsy, almost like cardboard. They have to be hammered into place. And the moment you touch them, even with a tapping block or a pull, they crumble, making it impossible to fit them together.
I ended up cutting off the joints on several boards and glueing them, because every single one crumpled with the slightest touch.
Also had an entire box that was warped. Do yourself a favour, choose a different floor.
Great product and great price!

I am a woman aged 44 and laid this floor in my sons room the L shaped hallway and my very large bedroom with alcove. Ive got to say i have laid easier floors but this tops them for finished result. I used a jigsaw to cut it with no damage. I had a few choice words in places when couldnt get it to click together but overall am glad i stuck at it. Just the lounge to do but need a rest first lol. The only advice is if its a bigger room and u put the row together then click into previous row i needed 2 people at times as got one end in the other came out lol.
As you will see from photos i was
putting new skirting boards on as well. Joins in threshold are a very thin piece of arched wood with oak varnish then stuck down with bit of no nails. The delivery men from b&q are brilliant. Very pleased thank you
