Amazing looking floor

A stunning floor which looks even better down. Ignore the reviews that said it was hard to fit. Yeah it wasn’t easy, but it wasn’t hard. Required 2 people and a strong saw. This stuff is sooo thick it’s as good as real oak. Just such good quality.
Terrible to fit

I’ve been fitting all types of flooring for years. This has got to be the worst flooring to fit on the market. It needs to be fitted in position in a full row which is very awkward on your own. It shouldn’t be a 2 man job to fit it. The manufacturer needs to change the ends of the board to a tap down joint.

We are very experienced at putting laminate flooring down. Bought this some time back and had taken it out of the boxes as we needed to move it. Hence the reason we can't take it back to the shop.
It was to go in our bedroom. It is the heaviest most cumbersome flooring to handle. It is 12mm thick and has no flexibility when it comes to slotting together.
Basically I can only echo many others comments. It chips too easily. It is slightly warped I think too.
It is impossible to slot together and is not fit for purpose.
We had a run of just over 4 lengths. Parts of it would go but three of us trying to lift and slot in various ways achieved nothing but bad tempers all round. Horrible waste of money.

Quality is very good and gives a unique look over the traditional strips. Fitting is much quicker as not many cuts needed due to the rectangle size. These are a tongue and groove angle fit not like the sliding strips. These do not need ot be knocked into place but just lock together from a 45 degree angle. I also recommend the use of Diall 5mm foil backed underlay. Can't say how long it will last but seems very solid and not as many joins than traditional laminate.
