Wall Bracket NOT included
Itsapity - 2 months ago
Be careful when buying this product. The bracket required to fix to the wall are NOT INCLUDED, it is expected that you reuse a bracket included within the Shower Door product. However, if you buy the Beloya Bi-Fold Door, this bracket is not included, so you have no way of attaching this Fixed shower panel to the wall.
Staff at B&Q do not understand this and told me I needed to speak to the manufacturer!

Bought this in conjunction with the 1.2m sliding shower door kit from the same range. Instructions cover the entire range of fitting options and contain no written instructions only the dreaded pictures .I am pleased to report that fitting it is a lot easier than I thought it was going to be It came together beautifully with the door screen and screwed together with no gaps .The one problem we did encounter was it came without the 4 self tapping screws ,the plastic fitting that the covering trim goes into and the top cap for the now right angle profile on top of the assembly. The thing is that the box that the screen comes in makes no mention of this " fixing kit " I only new of the need for it when we started assembly. The covering trim was included. This did not stop assembly because these bits are for visual purposes only ,we just screwed it together temporary with small self tapping screws.B and Q contacted the supplier and the said parts were posted and are now fitted. The other thing that might be worth mentioning was that although I had a 1200 mm shower tray with four upstands by the time I had sunk two in the wall and tiles over the same The unit when fitted to its minimum dimension (Which does look better in any case ) only just fitted within the upstands ,with only a couple of mm clearance This was ideal but could be a problem if the tiles are thicker or the adhesive used to hide discrepancies in the wall. All in all great product.
Bad quality and service

It said "Quick and easy assembly
Width adjustable from 875 mm to 900 mm" that's why I order it. It arrived quickly . I have arranged for 2 person to come to help as it is very heavy and the shower is upstairs, Open the box the guys told me they can not install it as it is only the glass panel in the box. I paid them for wasting their time then contact b&q asking for the rail which to fix on the wall then connect the glass panel on it. The customer service seem to be helpful when I ask if he know what to send me. He said never mind he will request the new panel for me even though I said I don't want a new one I just want the rail. B&Q send me a new panel open it up still only glass panel in the box. Call B&Q back again. This time b&q come up with I have the buy the door panel then the rail will come with it, I don't want the door panel as I have one already. B&Q said sorry we can't send you the rail. I asked them to solve this problem or send someone to take it back. They said we will send someone to take it back but it had to be at the downstairs which it means I have to arrange for 2 person to the glass panel down again on my costs. I refuse it told them to find the solution for me. During waiting for b&q respond I went to have a look online again if there is any rail in bathroom section I could buy to fix this glass panel nothing on there at all. How could b&q said something on the website but it doesn't mean it. And the way to solve the problem for customer is bad too by saying "sorry if we don't sale the rail there is nothing else we can do to help you. So don't buy it because you cannot fix it on the wall.
