Check finish quality before buying
When fitting the sink it was found to be bowed and twisted. Returned and refunded, when checking replacement on a kitchen display with one helpful member of staff, other staff member interjected in a rude, patronising and abrupt manner that the sink was unlikely to be level due to the firing process. This information seems to intimate B&Q are happy to sell a product which they know is substandard, 5mm bow in the middle of long edge on one side and a 5mm rise one the other long edge.

Dreadful. Avoid.
Absulutely dreadful quality. Returned the first one because it had a large piece broken off when we opened the box. Second one from store opened at checkout to make sure it was OK. No, cracked, deformed, rejected. Third and last one was chipped underneath but looked superficially sound. Wasn't! Went to pick it up to fit it and it literally broke in my hand. And cut me. Lovely. Two days wasted and back to the store again tomorrow to return it and find any other sink which will fit the hole in the new island. Furious. Just terrible quality. Not proper vitreous china. Broken bit closer to Plaster of Paris in appearance.

Quality control problems
Just bought this sink, went to fit into worktop and the front edge is bowed upwards (arched) by 6mm in the centre and this leading edge also folded back by a few mm again in the centre. Far too much for thicker silicone! Replacement is straight but chipped badly underneath. The flange on the replacement is far wider (25mm) than the first (but within the overall size) meaning a sloppy fit when all you give it is a 10mm lip to sit on if you follow the instructions. The original I marked with a marker pen and arrow where the arching was to make it easy in the returns dept. I was criticised for marking it even though the marker would wipe off. Was it just going back into stock? Note it weighs 30 kg, needs two to fit easily

New Sink with new tap
Bought to replace a metal sink. Great replacement and had fantastic help from B&Q staff to choose the right one. Should last a very long time. Bought the plumbing kit as it's a must which took some doing to get everything to line up again.

Attentions aux dimensions !
Attention à la dimension de l'évier. La partie égouttoir est tès épaisse ce qui fait que si, comme moi, vous avez un meuble d'évier qui fait tout juste 80cm, vous serez obligé de découper dans le caisson d'à côté sauf si vous avez un plan de travail de plus de 5cm qui est la hauteur de cette partie. De plus, rien n'est fournis avec, ni siphon, ni bonde rien du tout ! Pour ma part je l'ai retourné.

Superb Sink
Love the sink, oozes quality and managed to get the brass effect wastes to go with it too. The sink will look great with Bristan Colonial Bronze Kitchen Mixeer Tap I've also purchased to go with it!

plug dismantled
1 week after installation the plug has come to pieces and does not work. I will return to store when I am able to do so

Ceramic sink
We bought this to replace a circular sink we inherited in our new home. Having the half sink is a godsend when it comes to pouring away liquids when the full sink is in use. We had difficulty fitting it due to the positioning of our old sink and it is very heavy but once fitted it looks amazing and oozes quality.
