We bought this tap a few months ago and were initially very pleased with its versatility and stylish appearance. However, after about 6 weeks, it started leaking from the spray button and would not perform properly. We removed the spray head, returned it to B and Q who replaced it. After about another six weeks of use, exactly the same thing happened. We returned the replacement spray head and the manager agreed to refund the cost of the tap. As I do not wish to buy another Cooke and Lewis tap, we shall look elsewhere for a replacement. I must say, however, that we were treated fairly and courteously by the B & Q staff over this matter and we have no complaints about the stainless steel sink we also bought from B and Q at the same time.
Rubbish spray head

Had this for 5 months first the spray select button came out and now water pours out everywhere. Rubbish spray head lets down what is quite a stylish tap. I see others have experienced the same problem.
Looks to have a common fault

I purchased this tap a year ago and now it is leaking from the button.
Looking at other reviews...It appears to be a common fault.
I'm surprised B&Q still sell it

Spray button broke !

I bought this tap and had it fitted 5 months ago but the button to change the flow didn't just leak, it broke! It only has two little plastic prongs holding it in. I wish I would have read the reviews before buying as lots of other people have had problems with it leaking. I took the head back to B&Q and they graciously changed as I didn't have the receipt, but when I said I am sure I am not the only one this has happened to, he told me it was. Looks nice but would steer clear of this product. Susan
