good tap, was replacement for the first one of a different kind which was faulty.

nice that the hose doesn't scale up and is easy to clean. you need good pressure for it to work properly. its a tad expensive. other than that great

Good tap but beware of the 5 year warranty

I brought this tap in May 2014. In October 2016 the ceramic cartridge needed to be replaced. Upon requesting replacement under warranty. B&Q informed me that they only covered 12 months of the warranty, a third party covered the rest of the warranty.
B&Q were good enough to supply the telephone number of the company Upon ring them they informed me that the cartridge was only covered for 2 years. Therefore it would cost over £26 for a replacement; plus fitting.

Very stylish

Bought this a few weeks ago, so cannot comment on longevity, but it was easy for hubby to fit. Looks great works brilliantly. I would advice though to lengthen wobble time!!! To hold the tap when removing the flex from its holder to use. Hopefully doing this will stop the tap from becoming wobbly.

Beautiful and useful

Looks beautiful and is very practical. Feels a bit frail when turning the arm bracket from one side to the other (to make space for big pans to go in the sink) but so far so good.
The rubber is very hygienic and better than the coils from similar products, but it does scratch easily.
The button function is great and allows a lot of pressure.
