Poor Quality
Anonymous - 3 years ago
Purchased today, once installed would not run smoothly, back fell off pulley housing allowing pulleys to fall out, even the screws were poor quality as the heads broke off as they were screwed in. Will be returned in the morning. Save your money and buy something better.
Rubbish - don't buy

I am good at DIY. I fixed them 3 times. They worked but did not move smoothly. Eventually the cord broke and I returned them for a refund!
Unfit for purpose

The problem begins once you have fixed the brackets to the wall. You tap the rail to where you think it will be held by the bracket but the little securing tabs simply fall out and consequently the rail springs out from the brackets. It is impossible to attach the rail. I had to go and buy a curtain pole. Don't buy it, you have been warned.
DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH!!

Bought for a standard window. Firstly, the instructions were obviously written by someone who was equally as confused as we were. Totally useless. The product itself is flimsy, and I will be amazed if it supports the curtains. The joiners for the two parts are weak and bend if you try to lift the rail as a whole. And as for the connection system - totally bizarre, as if it has been designed to be as difficult as possible. The most annoying part of this is that we did not want a corded track, but this was the only track of suitable length available in the store. All in all a very poor experience from B&Q. Rating would be zero if allowed.
Waste of money.

Purchased this yesterday, assembled and put up according to instructions, no mention that you have to close each individual curtain independently have cords left and right. the brackets are on show looks awful. Has now broken plastic arm has snapped. This is by far the worst curtain rail I have ever purchased. Not even suitable for my full length laura Ashley curtains. I I could return I would but has been cut to length.Would rate a 0 if I could
