The Craig & Rose 1829 collection carefully selects from the Craig & Rose vintage colour archive and other historical sources, offering 110 colours in three quality finishes. Offering unparalleled depth of colour and clarity, 1829 is easily a showstopper within the home.
- Guarantee - Statutory
- Surface Preparation - Remove loose or flaking paint. Fill cracks or holes with a filler and sand smooth. Lightly abrade any silk, satin or glossy painted surfaces before painting over. Clean and dust-off surfaces before painting. Bare or porous surfaces will require sealing with Craig & Rose All Purpose Undercoat.
- Instructions for Use - Stir contents well before use. Cut in around the edges with a brush and then apply 2 coats with a high quality synthetic roller.
- Instructions for Storage - Protect from frost & extreme temperatures. Store in a well ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed.

Fourth coat and still shows through
Incredibly thin paint - applied dark eggshell to white eggshell with adequate dry time between coats and the white still shows through. Fourth application and counting... on the plus side the colour is great. Our painter was baffled too.

Great quality product with great delivery
I bought the product a few weeks ago and have finally got around to using it. It is a really high quality finish and the 2 coats were perfect. Just be aware with eggshell you must paint in one direction consistently, but the colour pigment matched the tin and images and a I prefer the paint to farrow and ball because of the odour is easier on me. Highly recommended

I bought a tester pot and found the coverage and finish on my stairs looked spot on so bought a tin to complete the look.

Brought this paint for an upcycle on a chest of draws. It is brilliant paint. Excellent coverage. Lovely colour.

Absolutely appalling!!!
Bought dulux grey eggshell paint, which went on brilliantly but was too light. Looked for dark grey eggshell and found this product with B and Q. I can honestly say it is the worst paint I have ever used. I would have had better results from gravy browning. I will be returning for a full refund.

Excellent coverage
Very good paint ok needed two coats (as with most paints) but covered brilliantly. and lovely vibrant color.
