Wish I'd read these reviews, after about 6 weeks my floor has started to fall apart as the joints are breaking up. Don't think the floor is thick enough to have the strenth required to perform as it should

Looks good initially, give it a month or two

The flooring was installed in april by b&q fitter But now in september one of the grout effect strips has fully detached, and the grout effect strip from other adjacent tiles have now began to detach. The effected part isn't in a high traffic area, so that rules out damage from constant use!

We bought this fod our kitchen floor When we opened the packages a lot of the grouting strips were already broken and loose in the box Since they have been laid even more of the strips have broken off So dissappointed would not recommend them to anyone

Don't waste your money!

Like so many other reviewers have said - within a few months of laying the grout edges have broken away and the floor is starting to fall apart. It looked great when it was first laid but now looks like a disaster zone. If I go back to B&Q I am sure, like all the others here, I will be told it's not a manufacturing fault its the underfloor or how it's been laid. However, as the website name suggests (DIY.com) surely the average DIY'er should be able to install it without to much fuss, let alone the professional installer I had lay it. I should have realised something wasn't right when the installer showed me a newly opened box where the grout edges were already breaking away. As for uneven floors, has anyone ever seen one that is perfectly flat?
Even if B&Q were to offer replacement or money back it still leaves me with a serious problem because the floor was laid prior to the skirting boards and door steps being installed, so as to allow the expansion gap around the edge. So do I now have to remove them to allow reinstallation?
Not a happy bunny

Terrible flooring and expensive!

We bought this flooring approx. 4 months ago for our bathroom, looked fantastic to start with however after a couple of months noticed that the grout effect was cracking and lifting. we are now in the process of taking up the entire floor to re-do with a product that is going to last. was going to inform B&Q but after reading over reviews I have no time to have an assessor out who will more than likely advise its due to the way the flooring has been laid and so is not their problem! Terrible flooring do not waste your money on this product!
