Battery does not work and unable to buy a replacement. B&Q doesn’t appear to stock them. The instructions are appalling written and almost impossible to comprehend. The unit works on the day you set it but ceases to function on the following days

Looked good in store

Have now had this for over a year and it did as it was supposed to yes same as other people instructions hard to understand at first. The reason I am now writing a review is that I had a power cut and that's when I found that the battery had run out and did not keep going through the cut. On trying to get a battery from B&Q guess what they don't supply new ones for it. Tried LR920s that I got on line but even they did not work in it. B&Q if your going to sell your own products make sure you sell replacement batteries

Not good

The battery is impossible to fit and won’t last a week, they had much better offers in the previous years, I have 2 out of 3 better units without a battery still going.

Noisy

Bought one last week. Eventually managed to get it out of the packaging. Took even longer to decipher the poorly written instructions, but once I worked out how straightforward the device is to understand and programme there was no problem. So I bought another. Screwdriver slot in battery cover stripped immediately, and when I inserted the battery it wouldn't work as the battery was flat. Took it back and got a new unit. This also had a flat battery. However, as they do work when simply plugged into the mains socket without a battery inserted I am using both for now, and will buy new batteries to fit later (if I can find the correct size). So, negatives for packaging and instructions, but once set up it's a good product.
