This is a complete set including waterproof cover & our popular easy to fill G-Blocs set of 4 base weight set that provide up to 100Kg gravity when filled with water & sand. Can't be bothered using sand? No problem just fill with water instead for 60Kg which will be perfectly okay in most circumstances.
