My go-to product for garden projects
GRR150 - 5 days ago
I've bought literally hundreds of these over the past two years, and used them for decking, cladding an ugly wall, raised bed planters, log store / bin store, among other things. Pound for pound, the best value treated wood I've found.
Quality can vary (warping, knots, etc - wood is a natural product), so worth checking each plank when purchasing (not possible for bulk purchase), but I've managed to use unsightly planks in unseen places, and have had almost zero wastage.
They done the job

We decided to do the decking with these. They’re not as strong as standard deck boards but they definitely do the job
ok.. but no good for a deck

bought these to build some raised planters . great for that but would not use a decking boards as very thin compared to the decking i already have if i normally would not touch b&q for timber due to how over priced it is but local yard was out of stock so had no option
Good cheap wood

Bought these yesterday, got 10 and only had an issue with one that was chipped. Not sure if there the best quality for decking but as I'm using them for some garden beds they should do the job well. I'd recommend linseed oil to preserve them a bit longer (only 6 quid a bottle)
Good for emergencies

Bought as I ran out of the last couple boards needed for my deck, price wise brilliant. Quality not fantastic, full of knots. Glad I only needed 2 boards of these.
