    Features and Benefits

At B&Q we want you to be satisfied with your colour selection. Not all monitors will display colours the same and paint tins may not show the same colour as your walls do in natural light. We therefore recommend you order a tester pot online or pop in store to pick one up so you are sure that this is the right colour for you.

    • Dulux Quick Dry Satinwood creates a mid-sheen satin finish, providing a subtle, attractive alternative to gloss
    • Thanks to its Quick Dry, low odour formulation, it is both convenient and pleasant to use
    • Control air pollutants by choosing products with lower solvent levels.

    SJW75 - 9 months ago

I had previously painted my bathroom floor in a satinwood by dulux, when you could get the colour-mixed stuff. This shade was pretty much identical, but due to the fact it is water-based, although this dried quickly (as promised) to touch, but took about 3 weeks to get to a point where you didn't leave a print. Now, every time I wipe the floor, it goes back to a "tacky" state. I emailed Dulux, who said "modern paints all have a residual "tackiness"" - which is no good for my floor of course. My guess is that I need a solvent based version, which will be hard to find in a pale blue, but it definitely needs repainting (previously done once every 5yrs) after only a few months as I am sick of all the dirt it picks up.
