Features and benefits
Dulux Silk is a smooth and creamy emulsion paint for use on walls and ceilings, giving a delicate shine finish. Silk emulsion looks especially good on perfectly plastered or skimmed walls. At B&Q we want you to be satisfied with your colour selection. Not all monitors will display colours the same and paint tins may not show the same colour as your walls do in natural light. We therefore recommend you order a tester pot online or pop in store to pick one up so you are sure that this is the right colour for you.
- Control air pollutants by choosing products with lower solvent levels

Nothing ‘mineral’ about this.

Bought it as the colour on the tin and the tester made it look a light greyish-blue, but i painted the edges it dried sky blue! i had to buy extra paint to mix it with 1.5 tins of ‘rock salt’ to get it to the colour it was portrayed as. This is like a sky blue/ baby blue colour that was supposed to be for a teen boys room but ended up looking more for a baby’s nursery. Quite misleading. Pic shows difference between the colour (right) vs my mixed colour (left). As you can see the original colour (right) is nowhere near as light as it makes out. Mineral suggests a light, ash tone.

More blue than in the picture but still a lovely colour, like the pale blue of the sky in the winter sunshine. I bought three tins for a room in new build thinking the walls would sink it up but I will be returning two as one five litre tin was enough.
