Features and benefits
At B&Q we want you to be satisfied with your colour selection. Not all monitors will display colours the same and paint tins may not show the same colour as your walls do in natural light. We therefore recommend you order a tester pot online or pop in store to pick one up so you are sure that this is the right colour for you.

Me n the mrs decided to redecorate the rented house we live in decided we needed to get rid of this silk magnolia and after two coats it’s completely covered and Evan managed to spread the 10L tub to do the landing stairs and hallway

I bought this to paint over some tired white walls and some freshly plastered sections that had been mist coated. this paint is awful. Thin and watery with absolutely pathetic coverage. Even worse, it dries to an off white sheen that is obvious when viewed alongside proper white. While thinking about how to tackle the third coat I decided to buy the Dulux Vinyl Matt. Much more expensive and much better.
Won’t buy this version again.

I just used this to Pau t over my bedroom ceiling as it was long due. I always do 2 coats to make sure I haven’t missed anywhere.
I couldn’t find the 5ltr with pink tint version at B&Q, so got this instead (too impatient). It must be much thinner than previous versions, as I was TOTALLY covered in paint spots. I expect to get covered in some paint, using a roller on the ceiling, but this was ridiculous.
The 2 coats was sufficient coverage over my white ceiling.
And now I’ve got at least 8ltrs left to use somewhere else!

I don’t know what’s happened with dulux, you could always rely on good quality paint, not now, covering a wall with light grey emulsion on, I’m now on my 3rd coat, not good coverage at all
