Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from What's the "renewable" part? I wondered what the 50% "renewable" part was, being of a suspicious mind (renewable rainforest, perhaps?) Nobody at B&Q knew so I contacted the manufacturers. It is ... olive stones from the food industry! So that's a great use of something that otherwise would go to waste.

It wasn't getting the room warm at all. So I opted for Coal. Having never lit a coal fire before, I googled a 'how to'. I've managed to keep the fire going since. Its so easy. A constant heat. Reliable. If I can do this anyone can.
