Don’t waste your money

I bought this for my living room, it was really nice. But after a year it stopped working. Very bad product and please do not buy this. After paying such a large amount of money for it to fail. Very hurt by this.

Bought this about a year ago not it’s not switching on now changed fuse and not that anyone know what to do

I’ve owned this a little over a year and even without heat on it makes this constant annoying noise. It appears from these reviews that I’m not the only one with this problem. So CAN SOMEONE FROM B&Q PLEASE COMMENT on this and let us know how this can be fixed / resolved? Winter is around the corner and I don’t want a switched off fire as the focal point of my front room

I bought this fire 2years ago.motor has stopped working.resulting in the flames not moving.motor not available to buy.would definately NOT recommend this fire.
