Foldable Hand truck, 80kg capacity

Had it about 3 weeks used it twice and its nackered, would I buy another? not a chance

Very low quality folding mechanism. Plastic components in the wheel just broke down after I put around 50kg of weight. It can not even handle 50kg but publisied to handle 80kg.

I bought this for general use around the house and garden but the wheels folded in immediately even with something on the panel. Very disappointed that this company is still selling after all these terrible reviews, they know the product doesn't do what it is meant to them why is it still being sold? I wish I had checked here first instead of buying in store.

I purchased this product about a month ago as I am a courier and was totally disappointed with it from day one. The sack barrow has several fundamental key flaws. Firstly it struggles to carry literally anything without it falling off. Secondly when using the sack truck the wheels always fold inwards so I had to result in pushing it rather then pulling it which is a real pain. Lastly as if all that wasn't enough it is very hard to use it and pull it or push it in a straight line. I called the B & Q customer service team and explained the issues and told them that I didn't want a refund and that I was happy to pay more to get a better one from them and was amazed by their response. They simply turned around and said that there was nothing they could do to assist me as I had used it. I was so disappointed with the product and the customer service so I gave it away and purchased a new one. If anyone is interested I purchased the 3-in-1-hand-truck-350kg heavy duty one from a competitor and am happy to report that this one is fantastic and does the job perfectly.
