Need to use it differently

I bought this a while ago and found when I used it as instructed it was rubbish. So it sat on the shelf for a few months, and I bought a different gel that worked OK. When that ran out, I had a small hinge that was very rusty, so in desperation I poured this stuff 1" deep in a jar (it goes from gel to liquid after sitting a while) and left the hinge in overnight. In the morning, the rust was totally replaced by a dark-grey powder that just brushed off. The surface took Hammerite paint well and the hinge has been rust-free ever since. So I might buy it again, but never use it as per instructions.

Doesn’t seem to remove rust effectively - even with repeated applications and rubbing down. Nothing like as good as Jenolite.

I bought this to use on wrought iron fencing.I thought I would try it out on a lawn edging tool first .I used it exactly as the instructions stated,it had no effect on the rust.A waste of time and money. Refunded at B and Q

It did what I wanted and should last me a long time.
Absolutely useless product

Totally ineffective - I did exactly what it said on the tin (time and time again) and not only was it completely ineffective, it also wasn't non-drip
