Shelf supports for cabinets with 5mm holes

These are the shelf supports now being supplied with standard B&Q kitchen cupboards. The lug which goes into the 5mm hole comes out at a slight angle, is tapered, and has a couple of ridges near the end, so that when you first put it in the hole, it comes out at an strange angle. But when you fit the shelf & press it down, the supports straighten out and support the shelf equally at all corners. There's also a little spike on the part which supports the shelf, which stops it sliding around. These supports seem a little strange when compared to the old-style ones, and they can be a bit awkward to insert & remove, but they seem to work fine.
