Product information
GoodHome walls and ceilings durable paint is suitable for walls, wood and metal with our toughest formulation and excellent covering power. It is extremely hard wearing so is ideal for hallways, stairwells and children's bedrooms.
- Surface Preparation - New plaster or plasterboard should be sealed with a plaster sealer. For non-powdery surfaces or to cover contrasting colours, prepare with a walls and ceilings primer. Painted surfaces should be sanded, clean and dry. Fill any holes or defects with filler. When sanding, wear a face mask to avoid dust inhalation. Before painting on bare wood or metal use a suitable primer. Painted glossy surfaces should be sanded thoroughly
- Instructions for Use - Stir gently before use. Apply using a brush or roller, when the temperature is between 10°C and 30°C. For best results, apply 2 coats leaving up to 4 hours between coats.
- Instructions for Storage - Store any leftover paint between 5 and 30°C. Best used within 1 year of opening.

Good product
Like the colour and coverage was good. Did 2 coats but one would probably have been sufficient.

3 coats needed
Used a paint roller, not a drippy paint, a bit warmer than white, but hard to tell it is not white. Normally 2 coats does the job, so a bit disappointed that I need to buy another pot for a 3rd coat. Now hoping I am able to obtain another in same colour. Think a dearer paint would have worked out cheaper.

Great coverage and lovely colour
We didn't want to paint the rooms white as too clinical so we thought we would try this. Beautiful pale warm off white. The house looks so much warmer and fresh

Got this to replace the discontinued antique white B&Q paint ,as suggested by b&q .

Good for money
Not sure where previous reviewer got yellow from, although does look stone coloured in tub. A chalky white is best description. Goes on well but going over any kind of color will need three coats. I bought valspar for vibrant colour and couldn't justify the price of Valspar wedding cake, this did the job at half the price. Picture is Valspar Aqua Mosaic, Chimney is Ottowa, Ceiling matt white

Not close to a one coat
- [ ] Bought this to paint a 50m2 ceiling to go onto a cream wood chip and some lining paper. The paint is thin and drippy and definitely didn’t cover in one coat. In fact it Is much worse than the other paint we bought for the walls that had no claim of good coverage. We asked for a refund in store today and got a patronising person telling us how to stir a can of paint, even suggesting we buy a specialist paint stirrer. It made no difference as far as we could tell and we did stir it well. Eventually her senior stepped in and offered us a refund which was gratefully received. We also learned that the testers are not the same paint and on checking it does say for testing colour only. I felt a bit cheated by that since the quality of the paint including coverage is an important factor.
