This GoodHome Furniture Varnish has a low odour, quick-drying formulation that provides a long lasting, walnut gloss finish and highlights the natural woodgrain.

- Suitable for Wood
- Surface Preparation - Prepare the surface by removing any previous coatings and loose, flaking or peeling coatings completely. For bare wood lightly sand to remove any loose fibres. Use a cloth dampened with white spirit to remove any dirt, dust or grease.
- Instructions for Use - Apply evenly in the direction of the wood grain using a brush.

Great product
I bought this to upcycle my coffee table and fire place. It covered great and dryed really well. Once dry it has a great finish with a good grain and gloss.

Perfect for beginners and it really is glossy.
It suited the furnitures and the gloss finish looks really well. It looks shiny, waxed and polished even tho I didn’t have a polisher. I only gave four because I don’t think the colour is mixed well which is not evident after 2-3 coats but it would be on the first coat when sanded thoroughly. But again it might be my fault for not mixing it properly before applying it on the furnitures.

Great paint
Applied easily and covered without streaks. Took 3 coats to get the colour we wanted but could not fault it at all Recommend to anybody

Varnish drys quickly and looks great.
I purchased the small pot to varnish a chair,I use three coats and there is still a good third left in the tin. It goes on easily and drys super quickly and looks great, see the before and after pics of my antique chair, Very good value for money .

Does not cover after many coats.
I bought this to bring together a portion of new wood with some paler old wood. No joy. After many coats there was little change in the colour of either wood. Not sure if qualifies as dark walnut.

Did the job
Bought to touch up wear and tear on an old piece of furniture and much cheaper than "brand" names, good finish after two coats, still have half a tin left

Brilliant
Really impressed with this and it was so easy to use. It dried quickly and only needed two coats. I did as advised and painted it in one direction and gave it a good stir before hand. I have added pictures of before and after. I got the smaller tin and still have abit left over so it seems to go a long way.
